If your last test was more than 2 years ago (1 year ago if over 60)

If you already have an up to date test, we'll need a copy of your prescription to be able to order glasses for you.

You can request a copy from your last Optician. This can be physical or email. Best to do this in advance.

Ask us to get the prescription over the phone. Typically they will wish to speak with you for authorisation, however some opticians may refuse to do this.

LOOKING FOR CONTACT LENSES?
​
In order or order contact lenses we must legally have a copy of;
-
A valid contact lens prescription
-
An up to date eye test
​

You can request a copy from your last Optician. This can be physical or email.

Ask us to get the prescription over the phone. Typically they will wish to speak with you for authorisation, however some opticians may refuse to do this.

Once we have these we can order lenses for you in person/or via email.
​
If you only need a contact lens check and have a valid eye test book one with the GREEN button below and select contact lens check.
If you need an eye test as well as a contact lens check; please book a sight test and we will check contact lenses in the same appointment slot.
For both types of appointment, attend wearing your lenses and bring your contact lens packaging and glasses
